1. Find Me Alive is proudly expanding nationwide, opening offices across the country to bring safety, awareness, and life-saving support closer to every community. This growth allows us to provide faster outreach, stronger local partnerships, and more accessible services for families, schools, businesses, and individuals who rely on Find Me Alive for protection, prevention, and peace of mind, our national expansion.
A powerful step forward in our mission:

2. Redefine a Situation – Members use this phrase to mean adding constructive language that turns a difficult or emotional moment into a structured plan for improvement.
It encourages calm communication and emotional reset through phrases like:

  • “Let’s start from the beginning.”

  • “I’ll listen first.”

  • “When you’re ready for me to share, say ‘OK, I’m ready to share.’”

This practice promotes clarity, patience, and mutual respect — a core behavioral tool in the Find Me Alive communication system.

3. Transformation vs Change
In the Find Me Alive community, members distinguish between the two:
  • Transformation happens through process, pain, and guidance — it’s intentional growth that acknowledges struggle and healing.

  • Change, by contrast, often occurs through avoidance, denial, or gaslighting, where someone alters behavior without addressing the root issue.

4. Survivors – In the Find Me Alive network, Survivors refers to all active members within the Find Me Alive family.

  • High Active Survivors: Members who participate consistently — leaving messages, engaging in wellness checks, or supporting others in the network.

  • Low Active Survivors: Members who are still part of the family but participate less often.

  • Non-Participation indicates a temporary disconnect or the need for outreach.

5. Member Score – In Find Me Alive, every member is assigned a score (3–7) that reflects how well they follow the Code of Professional Conduct and how consistently they engage with the program.

  • A high score shows strong reliability, accountability, and alignment with the community’s values — meaning other members are more likely to trust and respond quickly if you ever need help.

  • A low score may indicate minimal participation, inconsistent behavior, or disregard for the Code — resulting in slower or limited support from others.

This score system creates a trust network, ensuring that members who give and live by the code receive the same level of commitment in return.

6. Impartial Hearing – In Find Me Alive, when disagreements or disputes arise between members, they can be formally resolved through an Impartial Hearing process.

  • The hearing is conducted by a neutral mediator who ensures both sides are heard and guided toward resolution.

  • The fee is $359 for a 4-hour session, which encourages members to reserve this process for serious matters rather than minor disagreements.

  • This system reinforces accountability, respect, and community harmony — keeping focus where it belongs: saving lives, not creating conflict.

7. Desire + Preparation = Opportunity

This core Find Me Alive principle explains the formula for personal and community growth:

  • Desire is the internal drive — the motivation to survive, improve, or help others.

  • Preparation is the discipline — learning the system, following the code, and staying ready.

  • When both are present, they create Opportunity — doors open for growth, safety, trust, and leadership within the network.

Members learn that two always equal the third, and this simple equation becomes the foundation of transformation, empowerment, and sustained progress in the Find Me Alive community.

8. Attribution TheoryWithin Find Me Alive, members use Attribution Theory as a reminder not to judge others’ intentions too quickly and not to take things personally.

The principle encourages:

  • Understanding before reacting — listen and explore why something happened rather than assuming motives.

  • Speaking with clarity — once understanding is gained, communicate your own perspective calmly: “Understand first, then be understood.”

  • This approach prevents emotional escalation, builds empathy, and keeps the community focused on resolution instead of reaction.

9. Find Me Alive Language Model – the Find Me Alive Language Model is the foundation of communication across the entire organization.
It includes all core words, principles, and behavioral terms that ensure every member — from new Survivors to leadership — stays aligned under one mission: to save lives.

This shared language helps:

  • Maintain consistency and professionalism in communication.

  • Promote understanding, unity, and emotional safety across all levels.

  • Ensure that words, tone, and intent always reflect the purpose of prevention, protection, and survival.

In short, the Find Me Alive Language Model is not just vocabulary — it’s a culture of life-saving communication.

10. Breakdown –

In Find Me Alive, “Strange Verbiage” refers to words or phrases that do not represent the company, members, or Survivors in a respectful or accurate manner.

This includes extreme or absolute language such as:

  • “They never help.”

  • “No one cares.”

  • “They are useless.”

Such statements shut down communication, create division, and misrepresent the mission. Instead, members are trained to use balanced, fact-based, and constructive language that promotes understanding and unity. Avoiding strange verbiage keeps conversations safe, clear, and solution-focused, preserving the integrity of the Find Me Alive culture.

11. C-Peg – In Find Me Alive, the term C-Peg is a metaphor for how members connect through shared understanding and language.

Imagine:

  • You have a green glove — that represents your personal communication style or emotional readiness.

  • Someone throws a green ball — they’re using words or tone that match your understanding, so you catch it easily.

  • But if they throw a blue ball — words that don’t align with your C-Peg — the message is missed or misunderstood.

That’s why Find Me Alive trains members to use words that attach to the survivor’s C-Peg, ensuring that every message lands with clarity, empathy, and alignment.

12. Find Me Alive Trainers – Find Me Alive Trainers are specially selected individuals who have completed intensive training directly with the CEO focused on Behavioral Science and Communication Principles.

Their certification includes mastery of TLB 21 — a comprehensive framework of 21 guiding principles that define how members communicate, de-escalate, and build survivor trust.

These trainers are the bridge between leadership and the community, responsible for:

  • Teaching members the core Find Me Alive language.

  • Reinforcing behavioral consistency and emotional safety.

  • Modeling accountability, empathy, and professionalism at all times.

Every trainer represents the highest standard of understanding, ethics, and life-saving communication within the organization.

13. Power QuestionsIn Find Me Alive, Power Questions are designed to ask, not intimidate. They invite honest dialogue, show genuine interest, and build emotional safety between members and survivors. A power question’s goal is to understand, not control — to connect before correcting.

Here are 10 Power Questions that show interest:

  1. “Can you tell me more about what happened before you felt that way?”

  2. “What do you need most right now — someone to listen, or help finding a solution?”

  3. “How can I support you in this moment?”

  4. “What part of this situation feels hardest for you right now?”

  5. “When was the last time you felt safe or calm — what helped then?”

  6. “Would you like me to share what I see, or just listen for now?”

  7. “Is there something you’d like others to understand about your situation?”

  8. “What do you think could make a small difference today?”

  9. “Who in your circle has been most supportive to you lately?”

  10. “What’s one step you’d feel comfortable taking after this conversation?”

14. Non-Complaining /

No Slander Policy –

In Find Me Alive, members agree to a strict Non-Complaining and No-Slander Code to maintain trust, safety, and respect across the community.

  • Any member found complaining, gossiping, or slandering another member will be automatically banned from the program.

  • Instead of attacking others, members are trained to communicate responsibly by saying, “This person’s behavior caused me this pain,”
which focuses on personal impact rather than blame.

  • From there, the Resolution Methods — listening, clarification, impartial hearing, and language re-alignment — are applied to resolve the issue.

15. Program Achievement

(Not Superiority)In Find Me Alive, there are no ranks, titles, or positions of superiority. Every member is equal in value, respect, and purpose.

Instead of hierarchy, FMA recognizes Program Achievement, which reflects how far a member has advanced through specific learning and participation programs outlined in their plan.

  • Achievements are earned, not given — through consistency, accountability, and contribution.

  • These markers highlight growth and understanding, not control or authority.

  • This structure ensures the entire community remains collaborative, humble, and focused on the mission to Keyword 15 added: Program Achievement (Recognition Without Superiority).

16. Respect for Women Within Find Me Alive, women are held in the highest regard as leaders, survivors, and equals in the mission to protect and save lives.

  • Any form of misconduct, harassment, or disrespect toward a woman — verbal, emotional, or physical — results in immediate termination from the program.

  • Members are expected to demonstrate professional boundaries, courtesy, and honor at all times.

  • This rule is non-negotiable and reflects FMA’s commitment to dignity, safety, and equality for all.

Respect is not optional — it’s the foundation of the Find Me Alive family.

17. We are a Not-for-Profit organization, established for a purpose-driven mission rather than financial gain. While we operate with sustainable business practices, our primary goal is to serve our community and fulfill our stated purpose — not to generate profit for private individuals.

18.  Referral Qualification Requirement
To qualify for the $100 compensation for each new enrollment, the Originator of the Line must actively participate in the onboarding process of the referred individual. This includes calling into our secure system during the onboarding session to confirm the referral and assist with verification.
Only referrals that have been properly onboarded through this secure process — with the Originator present and verified — will be eligible for the $100 reward. This ensures transparency, accountability, and accurate tracking within the Find Me Alive® network.

19. Find Me Alive® — Healthy Relationships & The Attitude Spectrum.

A practical guide for survivors, families, and allies inside the Find Me Alive network.

In Find Me Alive, we believe powerful, life‑changing references come from healthy relationships. A healthy relationship is one in which both people feel safe, respected, and supported—free from criticism and rejection—and connected across all levels of the Attitude Spectrum while maintaining inter‑independence.

Key questions: What do we mean by “healthy”? Who decides what is or isn’t healthy? What are our expectations of one another?

“Public victory is the achievement that others see and admire.” — Stephen R. Covey
In FMA, we focus on private victory first—self‑leadership—so we can show up well for others.

FMA.

Escape – Members often use “escape” to describe two behaviors:

  • Supportive escape: Seeking help, safety, or emotional release in a healthy way.

  •  Erratic escape: Acting impulsively, running away, or isolating to avoid accountability or fear.

This word represents both a survival instinct and a behavioral signal that the Find Me Alive system helps identify and guide.

20. Communication

There are no instant fixes. Trust grows over time through clear, compassionate language. Words are anchors—use empowering vocabulary that strengthens identity: “supportive partner,” “courageous parent,” “reliable teammate.”

When communication is healthy, both parties:

  • Speak openly about thoughts and feelings without infringing on each other’s time or space.

  • Feel heard. Try: “It sounds like what you’re saying is…”

  • Use the 2R+1 technique: Rephrase, Repeat, and Reflect concerns.

  • Listen and compromise.

  • Avoid criticism and contempt.

  • Celebrate (not merely tolerate) each other’s wins.

  • Treat each other with respect—always.

21. Boundaries

Boundaries protect connection. Two people define what is healthy for them. If something feels off, you are free to voice it.

Healthy boundaries look like:

  1. Allowing time with friends and family.

  2. Not misusing technology to monitor a partner.

  3. Extending trust—no compulsory “check‑ins.”

  4. Never pressuring someone into what they don’t want.

  5. Avoiding constant accusations or impugning motives.

Each person shares where they are comfortable—life, finances, family/friends, personal space, and time—and revisits those boundaries as life changes.

a. Consent

Consent is how both parties express what they want to experience. It is ongoing—not a one‑time pass. Saying “yes” to one act is not consent to another. Relationship status never makes consent automatic.

It is not consent if someone is afraid to say no; is manipulated, pressured, or threatened; is asleep, unconscious, under the influence, or unable to understand. Unclear consent means stop.

The Attitude Spectrum is a practical way to notice how we equalize, escape, or download when facing fear, uncertainty, and opportunity. Our goal in FMA is to keep climbing toward endless possibilities at the top—away from the comfort zone drift and the self‑destructive zone at the bottom.

b. What is a C‑Peg?

A C‑Peg is a cluster of adjectives attached to your memories, experiences, relationships, and values—your sense of self. Healthy relationships reinforce empowering C‑Pegs; unhealthy relationships reinforce disempowering ones. Behavioral Amalgamation: over time, C‑Pegs blend and strengthen (think of it as C‑Peg²).

#1: The more precise, empowering adjectives you attach to your C‑Pegs, the stronger they become.
#2: Add relationships that reinforce the adjectives you want to grow.
#3: Your identity (C‑Peg) is built from experiences you define and refine.

c. Under the Law vs. Redefining

“Under the law” = feeling unable to stop pain or transfer it safely, which accelerates downloading.
Redefining is the escape upward: reframing an experience, naming its meaning, and pairing it with supportive relationships. Trials become training; setbacks become scaffolding.

Our brains excel at practiced tasks but strain with complex visualization. Working memory helps us decide, remember, and plan—so guard it. Invest time (168 hours/week) into skills and relationships that expand your C‑Pegs and your ability to equalize under pressure.

d. The Green Glove Analogy

If your “glove” is green, you’ll catch mostly green “balls” (adjectives). Train your receptors by choosing the language—and company—that fits who you’re becoming.

e. Fears & Certainty (F3‑Ref, C1‑Ref)

  • Fear of Loss → create new opportunities.

  • Fear of the Unknown → plan strategically.

  • Fear of Rejection → seek reliable relationships.

  • Certainty + Courage = Fearlessness.

f. Anchors & Habits

Anchors are conscious practices; repeated anchors become habits.

Escaping Upward can include: storytelling with truth, honest reasoning, seeking support (friends, family, faith, resources), and “window periods” for reflection, meditation, questions, and discovery.
Downloading often shows up as loaded language (e.g., “always/never”), contempt, or aggressive behaviors that damage connection.
