1. Purpose
This policy explains how long voice messages left within the Find Me Alive system are stored before being automatically deleted. The goal is to ensure privacy, maintain system integrity, and allow recurring renewal cycles for message security.
2. Retention Period
All messages recorded or left in the Find Me Alive system are securely stored for 30 calendar days from the date they are submitted.
After 30 days, the system automatically deletes all stored messages to make space for new entries. This process cannot be reversed, and deleted messages cannot be recovered.
3. Renewal Cycle
Users may choose to re-record or update their message once the 30-day period ends. Each new or updated recording begins a new 30-day storage cycle from its date of submission.
4. System Reset
After the deletion process, your message slot becomes available again for new use. If you wish to keep an active record beyond 30 days, you must log in and renew or re-submit your message before the expiration date.
5. Disclaimer
Find Me Alive, LLC does not guarantee long-term storage of messages. This policy ensures confidentiality and regular clearing of stored data. Users are responsible for renewing their messages within the active period if continued storage is required. Find Me Alive, LLC is a private awareness and safety-support service. Our platform is designed to assist individuals in leaving important information, messages, or updates that may help authorities or loved ones in the event of an emergency or disappearance. However, Find Me Alive does not guarantee that a person will not go missing or that every case will result in successful recovery or location of an individual. The service is intended solely as a preventive and supportive tool, not as a replacement for emergency response, law enforcement, or medical intervention. Find Me Alive – Service Message Policy
Purpose:
Find Me Alive is a safety awareness service designed to help you leave a message when you are:
- 
Meeting with someone you don’t know, or
 - 
Traveling to a new or unfamiliar place.
 
When to Leave a Message:
Before meeting a new person
Before or during travel to a new location
When entering a situation where you feel uncertain or unsafe
Emergency Policy:
If you are in danger or facing an emergency, call 911 immediately.
Find Me Alive is not an emergency response service.
Message Restrictions:
Messages that do not follow these safety guidelines or are unrelated to travel or meeting safety may be blocked for the protection of our users and system
integrity.
