Compensation Explanation

This is only for Direct hired by Find Me Alive headquarters. For every new Survivor you secure, you will receive a $100 bonus plus an additional one hour of paid time added to your schedule at $15.50 per hour. This compensation structure applies during your first two weeks and is available for a limited time only.

For a limited time, we are offering a special introductory compensation structure to support your success as you begin.

For every new Survivor you secure, you will receive:

✔ A $100 Cash Bonus

This bonus is paid for each confirmed Survivor who joins through your efforts.

✔ One Additional Paid Hour Added to Your Schedule

Each Survivor you secure also generates 1 hour of paid work at $15.50 per hour.
These hours accumulate, giving you more paid time based on your performance.

✔ Applies to Your First 2 Weeks

This enhanced earning opportunity is available during your initial two weeks only. After that period, standard compensation rates apply.
