Compensation Explanation.
This is only for Direct hired by Find Me Alive headquarters. For every new Survivor you secure, you will receive a $84.51 bonus plus an additional one hour of paid time added to your schedule at $15.50 per hour. This compensation structure applies during your first three years.
For a limited time, we are offering a special introductory compensation structure to support your success as you begin.
For every new Survivor you secure, you will receive:
✔ A $84.51 plus $15.49 $100 Cash Total.
This bonus is paid for each confirmed Survivor who joins through your efforts.
✔ One Additional Paid Hour Added to Your Schedule.
Each Survivor you secure also generates 1 hour of paid work at $15.49 per hour.
These hours accumulate, giving you more paid time based on your performance.
