No Refund Policy (After 24 Hours)
At Find Me Alive, Out of Service Policy: we operate as a mission-driven, survivor-support and direct-impact network. Because our system immediately begins distributing resources and compensating verified partners upon each enrollment, we do not offer refunds after 24 hours of sign-up.
Reason for the Policy
When someone registers for our program, several actions occur within the first 24 hours:

Payments are distributed to sponsors, onboarding specialists, and survivor trainers who help verify and activate the new member.

System resources are assigned to generate your confidential back-office credentials, protected links, and verification codes.

Operational costs are incurred to maintain data privacy, message security, and administrative processing.
Because these steps involve immediate payouts and non-reversible processing, refunding after 24 hours would disrupt the system and delay payments owed to others in the network.
Before 24 Hours
If a member requests to cancel within the first 24 hours of registration and has not yet received their back-office credentials, a review may be conducted. However, once credentials are generated and access is granted, all sales are final.
After 24 Hours
After 24 hours or once a member has received their login credentials and back-office access, no refunds are permitted under any circumstance.
