Welcome to Find Me Alive.
Welcome to Find Me Alive®, where purpose meets preparation, and every voice can make a difference.
Before we begin, please remember—if you are in an emergency situation right now, hang up and call 911 immediately.
This line is for onboarding and verification only.
STEP 1: CALL WITH YOUR SPONSOR
To start the onboarding process, you must first call in with your sponsor — the individual who introduced you to the Find Me Alive program.
Your sponsor will confirm your referral and guide you through the first step of the verification process.
Once your sponsor has verified your information, the call will be transferred to a live Onboarding Specialist for final approval.
STEP 2: LIVE ONBOARDING & VERIFICATION
Our Onboarding Specialist will review your application in full.
This includes verifying your name, phone number, address, sponsor details, and any identification or licensing information required for the Find Me Alive Survivor Partner Program.
During this time, please make sure that all the information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.
This verification is what allows us to maintain a secure and trustworthy network of active survivors.
Once the verification call is complete, your application will enter final review.
Approval can take up to 24 hours. Once approved, you will officially become a Find Me Alive Survivor Partner and gain access to the full benefits of the program.
STEP 3: UNDERSTANDING TERMS, POLICIES & PROGRAM EXPECTATIONS
Before your approval is finalized, every new Survivor Partner must review and acknowledge all Terms, Policies, and Program Expectations.
These include:
-
The Privacy and Recording Policy – All recordings are stored securely for a limited time to protect your confidentiality.
 -
The Non-Emergency Disclaimer – Find Me Alive is not a replacement for 911 or emergency response services.
 -
The Refund and Support Policy – Refunds are limited to 24 hours after enrollment; customer support is handled through the online ticket system.
 -
The Survivor Responsibility Agreement – Active survivors are expected to remain engaged in the network, participate in safety awareness activities, and maintain ethical and respectful communication at all times.

By completing onboarding, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and accepted all Find Me Alive policies.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in suspension or removal from the Survivor Network.
STEP 4: ACTIVE SURVIVOR EXPECTATIONS
Once approved, you are part of an active safety community.
Every Survivor Partner is encouraged to:
-
Stay connected — attend group calls, check in with your sponsor, and participate in safety updates.
 -
Promote awareness — share the Find Me Alive mission within your community.
 -
Follow security protocols — use your 5-digit PIN when leaving a message, and keep your account confidential.
 -
Be responsive — if contacted by the network regarding a missing person or alert, respond promptly and appropriately.

4. Uphold integrity — represent Find Me Alive with professionalism and care.
CLOSING Once your onboarding and verification are complete, you’ll receive a confirmation message and your official Find Me Alive Survivor Partner ID. This means you are now part of a global movement — helping to protect lives, spread awareness, and strengthen communities.
