
Find Me Alive® Code of Professional Conduct
Purpose
The Find Me Alive® Code of Professional Conduct exists to ensure that all members, partners, and affiliates maintain the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and accountability. This code protects survivors, supports law enforcement collaboration, and sustains trust within the Find Me Alive network.
Member Score System (3–7)
Each verified member is assigned a Professional Conduct Score ranging from 3 to 7:

6 – ReliableConsistently CompliantFollows the code, engages respectfully, and maintains a strong reputation within the community.
5 – SatisfactoryMeets StandardsGenerally adheres to expectations; may need occasional reminders or training refreshers.
4 – Watch LevelNeeds ImprovementHas shown minor policy lapses, communication issues, or delays in responsibilities. Requires monitoring.
3 – Critical ReviewProbationary StatusFails to follow multiple guidelines or demonstrates behavior that may risk network integrity. May face suspension or review.
All members are encouraged to maintain a Score of 5 or higher to remain in good standing. Those below 5 must undergo retraining or re-evaluation by the compliance team.
Core Principles of Conduct
1. Confidentiality
Members must protect all private information, recordings, and survivor data. No personal messages or system access should ever be shared outside authorized channels.
2. Integrity
Every member must act honestly and transparently—whether handling survivor onboarding, wellness checks, or message reviews. No falsified data or misrepresentation is tolerated.
3. Respect
Every interaction—whether with survivors, sponsors, or law enforcement—must reflect empathy, patience, and professionalism.
4. Accountability
Members are responsible for following established procedures and reporting any misuse or suspected violations immediately.
5. Training and Awareness
Each member must complete the required Find Me Alive® training modules and keep current with updates on safety protocols and system improvements.
6. No Misuse Policy
Any attempt to misuse Find Me Alive® tools, impersonate a survivor, or share unauthorized data results in immediate suspension and investigation.
7. Collaboration
Members are expected to work cooperatively with other survivors, sponsors, and compliance teams to maintain trust, accuracy, and network stability.
8. Representation
Members represent the Find Me Alive® name. Public communication or appearances should always uphold the dignity, legality, and compassion the brand stands for.
Enforcement and Review

Violations are reviewed by the Find Me Alive® Ethics and Compliance Committee.

Corrective actions may include retraining, probation, score reduction, or removal from the network.

Restoring a member score requires a verified period of compliance and positive community engagement.
