1. What Is a Notice?
A Notice on the Find Me Alive (FMA) website is an official message issued by the company to inform visitors, members, and partners about important updates, policies, or operational changes.
Notices help maintain transparency and trust by clearly communicating information that may affect how our services, products, or programs are used.
At FMA, a notice may include:
-
Updates to our legal terms, privacy policies, or confidentiality guidelines
-
Announcements about pricing changes or membership adjustments
-
Information related to the safety and integrity of our life-saving programs
-
Clarifications about non-affiliation with government agencies
Each notice is provided to ensure that users are always informed, protected, and aware of the most current company standards. No
2. Company Mission and Purpose
Our company is dedicated to creating awareness through a combination of products, plays, and services. Each initiative is designed to educate, inspire, and engage communities in meaningful ways.
-
Products help spread awareness through creative design and everyday visibility.
-
Plays and performances bring real stories and important issues to life, encouraging understanding and empathy.
-
Services provide direct support, outreach, and engagement that promote awareness and positive action.
Together, these efforts form a unified mission — to inform, empower, and make a lasting impact on people’s lives.
3. Why Embedded Content Protects a Website
Embedded content — such as videos, maps, forms, or external scripts — is often placed inside a secure framework on a website to control what external data can and cannot do. This is not just for convenience; it’s an important security measure.
When done properly, embedding content protects a site from:
-
Hackers injecting malicious code: By embedding through trusted and sandboxed links, your site limits how outside content interacts with your server.
-
Phishing and data theft: Embedded media are isolated, preventing unauthorized access to visitor data or backend systems.
-
Script manipulation: Hackers often exploit weak embeds to run harmful JavaScript. Secure embedding prevents this by enforcing strict permissions.
-
Website defacement or hijacking: Controlled embeds ensure only approved and verified sources can display or execute content, blocking criminals from altering or redirecting the page.

Our services currently start at $149 per year. However, pricing may be adjusted to $249 per year at the company’s discretion if the number of active business accounts falls below operational requirements.
This pricing structure is designed to protect the integrity and sustainability of business accounts, ensuring that all members continue to receive reliable, high-quality service and secure access to our platform.
All pricing changes, if implemented, will be made with transparency and in the best interest of maintaining long-term program stability and support for our users.
10. Legal Business Structure & Member Responsibility
For a company to be recognized as a legal business entity, it must provide real products or services to customers outside of the organization. It cannot exist solely on recruitment or internal membership sales, as that would not meet lawful business standards and could be considered a pyramid structure.
Our company operates as a direct sales and service organization, meaning every member is expected to focus on genuine business development — not just signing up new members. Each participant must work diligently on:
-
Building and managing business accounts.
-
Providing services to the public or outside clients.
-
Promoting awareness and company programs in their local communities.
-
Maintaining professionalism and ethical outreach practices.
This ensures our organization remains fully compliant, transparent, and focused on helping people — not exploiting membership growth.
Every member’s effort in developing real accounts and relationships contributes to the company’s reputation, sustainability, and mission to protect and support the public.

7. Important Disclaimer
Our company operates as an independent organization — we are not a government agency, nor do we act as one. We do not represent or perform the functions of any law enforcement, state, or federal department.
All services, products, and programs we provide are designed to create awareness, offer support, and promote community engagement, but they are carried out independently under our own authority and mission.
For full legal information, please visit the FMA tab, scroll to the footer, and click on “Legal.” The embedded legal section may be updated at the company’s discretion to ensure continued compliance and protection.
9. This is Not an MLM – It’s a Direct Sales Company
Our organization operates as a direct sales company, not a multi-level marketing (MLM) business. This means that we focus on providing valuable products and services directly to customers, not on recruiting or building downlines. Our goal is to help people — not to profit from others’ participation. Every representative earns compensation through direct sales and awareness-based efforts, not through sign-ups or membership fees from others. This company’s mission is to prevent people from going missing by raising awareness, offering life-saving programs, and creating community support systems. Our products, plays, and outreach efforts are designed to educate, protect, and connect families and communities.
We believe that helping others stay safe and find their loved ones is far more important than any sales structure — our work is about impact, awareness, and human connection.

11. Referral-Based Business Model
Our organization operates under a referral business model, which is a legal and transparent structure focused on real customer engagement, not recruitment.
In this model, new members or business accounts are encouraged to help the company grow by referring new customers, even if those customers are not members themselves. This means that:
-
Each new member contributes to growth by bringing in an outside customer — someone who directly benefits from the company’s products or services.
-
Referrals create genuine business transactions, not internal recruitment chains.
-
Members earn recognition and potential rewards based on actual sales and service impact, not on the number of people they sign up.
This system ensures that the company remains fully compliant with legal business standards, as revenue and participation come from real customers and real services, not internal membership fees.
Our referral model is designed to empower individuals and businesses to participate in something meaningful — helping expand awareness, protecting communities, and providing valuable services — while maintaining ethical, lawful, and sustainable growth.
12. Promise Not to Sue Notice
By joining, participating in, or engaging with this company and its services, all members, partners, affiliates, and customers agree to a Promise Not to Sue.
This means that by voluntarily participating, you acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, and responsibilities associated with this organization and its referral-based business model. You understand that:
-
The company operates in good faith to provide services and opportunities for public awareness and community protection.
-

This policy is in place to protect the integrity of the company, maintain mutual respect, and ensure that all participants act in good faith toward one another.
By remaining a participant, member, or customer, you agree to this Promise Not to Sue as a condition of ongoing involvement with the organization.
13. No Refund Policy (After One Week)
All payments made to the company for memberships, services, or products are final after one week (7 calendar days) from the date of purchase.
During the first week, members or customers may request a refund only if there is a valid reason and proper written notice is submitted to the company. After the one-week period:
-
No refunds will be issued, regardless of circumstances.
-
Continued participation or access to services will be considered acceptance of all terms and conditions.
-
Refunds, if approved within the first week, will be processed back to the original payment method minus any administrative or processing fees.
This policy helps maintain fairness, transparency, and protection for both the company and its members by ensuring that operational resources are not disrupted once services have begun.
By enrolling, purchasing, or participating in any of the company’s programs, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy after one week.
15. One-Time Fee & Member Participation Policy
Our organization operates under a one-time payment system, not recurring monthly or annual billing.
Members pay one membership fee upon joining, which grants them access to the company’s network, training materials, and participation opportunities.
To remain in good standing, every member agrees to actively participate in community outreach. This includes:
-
Helping distribute missing person posters within their local area (online and/or in public places where permitted).
-
Sharing awareness materials provided by the company to promote safety, prevention, and community engagement.
-
Participating in referral or awareness-based programs that support our mission to help prevent people from going missing.
This participation is not optional — it is an essential part of our company’s purpose and mission. Members play a direct role in spreading awareness and saving lives, helping ensure that our message reaches as many people as possible. Failure to stay active in poster distribution or awareness outreach may result in membership review or suspension until participation requirements are met. This structure ensures that every member contributes meaningfully to our shared goal: helping find missing people and preventing disappearances through community action.
